  Seller refuses to refund item and claims it was at ups.. ups never received the package and seller blocked me from making a claim with ups.. seller created a label and promised shipping over and over until deadline was passed for refund and refuses to refund or send the product I paid for also ebay is failing to step in and help with this matter so unfortunately have to do a charge back with my bank today I ll get my money either way but this seller should be banned from ebay as they are robbing

  The package showed delivery in a week from ordering but never had tracking information. I contacted the seller and he still hasn’t shipped it. He was VERY rude about it when I asked. We are going on week 3 and it’s still not here.
