  This seller wasted 2 hours of my time by sending a heavily damaged product as part of this order which required I waste my time packaging, labeling, and going to a post office. I left a negative review, which was well earned but manageable. Instead of apologizing seller blamed me and banned me from doing business with them. Wow, what a way to own up to your mistakes and be accountable! None of that here. No accountability, no sense of respect for customer's time. Avoid this seller.

  Sorry we were unable to satisfy this very demanding customer. Our supervisor personally inspected the returned product which was not "heavily damaged". We always accept returns for any reason. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to repackage, label and deliver to post office for customers. Sorry we can't compensate for the 2 hours this process took.

  Wonderful seller. I received my items as promised and in wonderful condition. The quality of the pads are excellent. The appearance of the pads are new as they were packaged in new plastic and look in excellent shape. Had the best value for the price as you get two pads. Hope to work with this seller again.
