  Sadly Evri wouldn’t deliver my parcels and so I can’t review the hats but the company were brilliant. When I informed them that Evri had screwed up they gave me a full refund and cancelled the delivery their end. Really impressed with such decisive and quick action - made me a happy customer and would definitely buy from the company again (just will try not to use Evri!)

  This is a fabulous hat, just as described, and great value. Sturdy felt material that will keep its shape. I had wonderful communicative service from the seller after I realised I had chosen the ‘hat only option’ rather than that of the ‘hat and beads’ option. The seller promptly responded and guided me to the beads I wanted. Delightful seller!

  Initial item arrived with a missing part. After contacting the seller the missing part was shipped and arrived the next day. Very good customer service. Product seems good quality and as described. Happy with the cost of the item and my son is overjoyed.
