  The item was lost in transit so not the sellers fault. The seller gave me a full refund as they didn't have anymore stock of the item I required. I feel a very good seller who solved a problem very positively and replied to my messages quickly. I would certainly use this seller again due to the way they resolved the problem that had been caused by the carrier and not by them.

  I ordered this holdall bag with girl walking dog in the coffee colour. This seller is advertising to sell but doesn't send out the goods. Lucky eBay refunded my money. I really wanted this bag I had have sent numerous messages but seller won't respond so just send another message asking why he is selling things but not sending out the items.   Warning, do not shop here! I ordered three pairs of shoes, received two pairs and they refused to send me the third pair that I had ordered even though they are still in stock. They also did not respond to messages so had to go through Ebay support for a refund.
