  We informed a customer before order that this item must be manufactured first because this is a custom unique badge and we agreed to help him and we started a manufacturing process. But a customer was not patinate and asked to cancel his order and issue a refund when it was a half way of finishing manufacturing process and then pushing us all the time to ship this badge for free. This customer "waltersenn2013" is a scam and not deserve to be here on eBay!

  We offered to the customer before shipping fast & expensive shipping and standard & cheap. Customer chose standard & cheap shipping because didn't have enough money to pay fast shipping. We provide very high quality packing and we are working with UPS, DHL with 3-4 days delivery time around a world and these carriers are the best in the world. If you want to have a good & fast shipping service just pay for it and you will be satisfied!
