  Shipping was fast so that was great ! We did order a boxed game that came in just a plastic bag with not a ton of protection. We personally would have preferred it to be in a box as some of the corners seemed to get a bit dinged up. Obviously not everyone cares about that like we do. Item was new as described and overall it was a good transaction.
