I give this transaction 4 stars because the item was listed as "New" and when I removed it from the packaging, I was surprised to find it extremely dirty! (as a seller I would never send an item to a customer in that condition) Every surface had to be cleaned thoroughly. Also there was no original product instruction pamphlet or startup guide in the box. Otherwise very satisfied!
