  As stated previously the seller did reimburse for some of the cost. Previous to purchasing this set of 20 hole punches I had posted to the seller for what sizes were included, he responded with there were too many to list. When received some of the original sizes on the box were marked out and an alternate size marked. All the punches were very rusty and the size markings were unable to be read. The seller did advertise that the punches were used, but not this rusty.
