  Works just as promised, arrived extremely quickly and well packaged and had a like new appearance. I did not have to use their technical support, but they do a great job of communicating their willingness to help and I have no doubt it would have been a great experience. This controller proved to be an extraordinary value, saved me $6000.

  Item as described great price fast shipping packaged well fast response time,great communication, haven't tried calling them to see if they help you with problems as they advertise but I'm sure they do everything else has been 100% accurate. Highly recomend seller, will definitely buy from again

  Great quality brand new as described definitely cheaper then anyone around town shipped fast and if you need tech support the seller is there for you and very helpful I would buy from him again he guided me through gave me possible reasons to what my issue was and even offered to sell me the other part I need to get my ac blowing cold again

  Customer service (through eBay messaging) was great. Quickly helped me troubleshoot some issues and got me a replacement part quickly. I was reticent about ordering a used part over eBay without knowing much about the seller. After installing the replacement part I ordered I was still having some issues. Someone was able to help me troubleshoot the issue and within 30 minutes I was sent a replacement part that resolved the issue. I will definitely order any future parts from this seller, %100

  I purchased a motherboard that was listed as guaranteed working, but it arrived defective. I spent a lot of time and money replacing other parts, thinking they were the issue. Eventually, I confirmed the motherboard was the actual problem. I contacted the seller, explained everything, but they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. $280 is a lot to lose. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend this seller.

  FALSE CLAIMS: The control board we shipped was 100% working. FOR ANYONE READING THIS: We offer FREE TECH SUPPORT and can RESOLVE ANY ISSUE if you need assistance ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS MESSAGE ME ON EBAY before starting any return. This buyer kept the board for 3 months then claimed that it did not work & demanded a refund but never contacted me previously. WE DO NOT ALLOW OUR PARTS TO BE USED FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. If two board do the same thing they are NOT DEFECTIVE & you have other issues. SAD!

  Third purchase from this seller. Each have been excellent including my most recent system board. My furnace works perfectly now. The boards have been clean, well protected and neatly packaged. Reasonably priced and very much worth the purchase. Products arrived on time and as promised. Will be a buyer in the future as needed. Highly recommended!
