I ordered 7 DVD series at the same time and they were delivered less then a week after ordering by Fedex. All of the DVDs were brand new, exactly as described by the seller and very well packaged in cardboard and bubble wrap. The packaging was to the point where it actually took some effort to open the parcel and get to the DVDs after receiving it. I haven't watched it yet, so I don't know much about it otherwise.

Package got waylaid at customs, but that is hardly the seller's fault. The items were well price and excellent quality.
