The postal service has admitted doing two mistakes. First they sent my packet to the wrong post office. I found out and they agreed to reroute the packet to my office. Then they coded the delivery wrongly, resulting in returning my packet to the seller. I complained yesterday. They say these errors happen and that they can only apologise. I demanded that they refund my money. They tell me that the seller has to complain about this. Why should the seller complain. He received money. I have nothin
