  Although the lenses I received were not indeed polarized as described, I still give this seller an A+ because they were apologetic, kind and communicative. They sent me a replacement pair of lenses free of charge. I would buy from again.

  Very good service. The item was in stock when I ordered, only to be told the day after that it wasn't in stock. But I could wait and they could ship it from China, that would take 2 to 3 weeks, so took that option. Then I was sent a free gift, which was very nice. Then my replacement lenses arrived in 10 days. Very impressed with my purchase and customer care. Would definitely use this firm again.
