  Great experience. Beautiful phone. Even though refurbished it arrived in perfect, "as new" condition with headphones thrown in for good measure. Reliable, honest seller. Excellent communication. A large purchase like this from OS can have many pitfalls. Not with this seller. You can trust this seller. Postage took a while but that was not sellers fault. They were efficient. The delays were with the courier in my country.

  I’m satisfied with the purchase overall. I originally ordered the grey model, but the seller informed me it wasn’t available. As compensation, they offered me the red version along with a free memory card which was a nice gesture. Communication was excellent; the seller was friendly and made sure the phone was fully working. I can confirm it’s in perfect condition. It arrived quickly, well-packed, and with all the accessories. The battery is in very good condition and is reliable for daily calls

  Commande arriver dans les délais, produit à première vue identique à la description, malheureusement seulement en apparence car le téléphone ne charge pas correctement et ne s allume pas. Malgré tout je remercie le service client qui c est montré très aimable et réactif face à ce problème et à finalement procéder au remboursement du téléphone défectueux. Je suis malgré tout satisfaite de ces échanges ainsi que cette finalité d achat qui montre un certain professionnalisme de la part du vendeur.

  Commande reçue dans les délais, malgré le produit reçu défectueux et Après des négociations, nous sommes finalement parvenue à un accord, je remercie le service client qui ce montre rassurant car il est très réactif, tout en restant aimable et faisant tout sont possible afin de rendre les échanges les plus agréables possible et règlé le problème au mieux. Je suis satisfaite de ces échanges et cette finalité d'achat.

  Ordered a silver one and they contacted later to say out of stock. They asked if i wanted a different color and they would include a free gift or if i wanted to wait. I said different color. The color I picked also went out of stock so they just sent me a black one. I never received a gift and the shipping was awful, could not see where my package was. They said they would unlock the bootloader for me but it was locked so I had to do it myself.
