  Item arrived today, and well packaged with another item. Excellent communication with the seller as he ended up refunding the price for this item because of its condition. The disc was scratched up on both sides. It was very nice of him to send it to me free anyway. I’ll try to play it later after a good cleaning. I highly recommend this seller.   Good morning, I love this movie. The actors are amazing. The plot is nice and it’s full of action. The price was great. I am very happy with my purchase. The item was as described. The package was well wrapped. The shipping time was a bit longer than expected. The seller was sooo charming and perfect. I highly recommend him. My note is A+++++ and more.

  The seller refunded the order as he realized before sending the set that there was a disc missing and he advised me as such. I give him a positive rating as he offered to send me the remaining discs no charge if I wanted them, as a good will gesture. I thought this very gracious of him and he was also pleasant to dialog with. I would definitely recommend Hobby King77 as a good seller to deal with!

  Had a issue with the item, contacted the seller, seller reply back quickly and offer a refund or another replacement of equal price. I took the refund because of the looming postal strike. Seller wanted me to have a good experience, this is what you called customer service, all seller should learn from this seller. Buyers this is a A++++++++ seller.

  Item did not arrive (thank you Canada Post!) but as soon as I contacted the seller they responded almost instantaneously and offered a refund. Definitely an A+ seller! Thank you and sorry this happened!

  At no fault of the seller, Canada Post took forever to deliver. But the package arrived in good shape as advertised. The seller was very communicative and helpful. Shipping aside (Canada Post's fault), it was a great experience. Thanks, seller!
