  The DVD was received in the post yesterday morning (Tuesday 18th February 2025) in excellent packaging that protected the DVD during transit! The DVD is as described, still factory sealed! The DVD was dispatched very quickly! The DVD arrived the following morning even though it was posted the previous evening via Royal Mail Tracked 48! A seller with excellent professional communication skills, manner, and customer service! One of the best sellers on eBay! Many Thanks and Highly Recommended!

  Purchased from Hmv official store. Have purchased previously from them. Ordered on Boxing Day evening. Delivery is by Royal Mail tracked 48. Was given delivery window of the 30th-31st December. Had a lovely surprise when it arrived today the 28th! Always well packaged and item as described and sealed. Was good value for money. Once again very happy with purchase and would highly recommend Hmv official store. Thank you.

  Blu-ray item exactly as advertised and received in perfect (brand new) condition. Well packaged and fast delivery. The item is still factory sealed, and therefore I have not yet had the opportunity to view or play the actual disc. However, I am relatively confident that everything will be in order. Fair price for a good quality item. In fact, all good. Would highly recommend Seller. Thank you!

  I received my order today. The item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. There was an apparent mix-up in transit (the local postal service here isn't the best) but the HMV customer service representative I spoke to was kind enough to explain how to resolve my problem. In the end the situation fortunately resolved itself and I received my package well within the expected delivery window. I am very happy with my purchase and will shop at HMV again.
