  the shipping took a second but it arrived in perfect condition there a bit on the expensive side but reasonably priced for a high end audio product the packaging was perfect it was packaged densly but not too much perfect for the shipping applocation and it was exactly as described, the seller even went above and beyond in making sure the package arrived, probably one of the best sellers on the platform for audio products! unfortunatly i dont have potos yet item is waiting for installation.

  This seller is the unfortunate sad exception in my eBay buying experience. The transformer I received was a much smaller in size at less than 1/2 the description size. Listed as 1.5Kg, received 647 grams The item I received was not even close to the item's description. When I questioned the seller he at first responded and then stopped all communication. I cannot recommend this seller. Required a PayPal depute to revive a full refund. 10 points for PayPal and Ebay on protection of buyers.
