I wasn't happy with the product quality especially the xenon bulbs are very low quality with plastic base that was not mentioned. I agreed to a partial refund because I think the balasts are OK and replaced the bulbs with metal base ones from a different seller. I am definitely will not buy again from this seller. The Positive feedback only for the seller communication.

I contacted them through eBay, to return the item, they supplied me with a QR code. Free return, no need to print a label, all done at the Post Office. Money back within 5 days. Would buy off them again.
