Contacted Sendle and they said they would pick it up and re-deliver, didn’t here anything so on 5/1/25 contacted sendle again and there automated system said they would open another search even after I have told them where it is, 6/1/25 drove to the address myself and picked it up

The seller was incredibly apologetic for what may well have been the mistakes of others, and refunded my purchase in full. It was an honorable and unexpected gesture on his part. Having since received the product and tried it, I can attest that it is s good product that works and is well priced...if you end up paying for it.
