  Problems were encountered with deliver,probably caused by an indistinct QR code This firm did all it could to assist and maintained a cordial attitude throuout As the mater draged on they refunded my moiney as there appeared to be no end in sight This of course provoked almost immediate delivery with the item is fine condition and as as ordered They declined to accept payment I will be happy and confident to use them again

  The fan has been a cause of concern as it appeared to be a supply fan rather exhaust . The seller has followed with information that has allowed conversion, the only remaining item is the low power consumed by the exhaust operation which is approximately only 1/3 of the motor horsepower . Audrey has advised it will followed up by the manufacturer but no update has been received in 2 weeks so I am naturally anxious . The supplier has been very helpful

  Fantastic seller. My unit had a problem so I initiated a return. I was provided a free shipping label and the day after I left the unit at the post office my PayPal Credit account was refunded. You can buy from this person with no worries or hassles.
