Boots were packaged securely and came in a very timely manner. These boots were a floor model even thought they were listed as new (seller did disclose that they were a floor model!), but actually came in better condition than I expected. I thought maybe the soles would show some wear, but they are perfect, so the value was excellent!

Half the price of the brand’s website and in perfect condition! The seller was nice enough to include some free additional inserts on top of the boots themselves! Shipping was quick even though some northern storms impeded the shipping they were here in a week. The boots came in the original box/packaging just as described. I’m one satisfied customer and I love my new boots!
