  Seller was incredibly friendly and very understanding. I had to reach out to her because the product was damaged during shipping, by no fault of the sellers. She had packed the package incredibly well but it didn't matter in the end. She went out of her way to try to help me fix the product and get it working.   This beautiful mug arrived safely. It was packaged extremely well to prevent damage. The mug was exactly as described and love the colors and the Annapolis. The items were packed very well, and that costs money.   Buyer was right. It came in 2-3 days time. Very well thought out packaging. Looked it over and saw no problems with the picture frame. Boxed, bubble wrapped, cardboard, brown paper. Great communication. Nice looking frame, as described.
