  Original order was lost in transit. The seller acted immediately and sent a replacement. Delivery was therefore delayed a week but the product was exactly as ordered / expected and seller was responsive. I’d buy from them again

  The laptop was packaged well and arrived in Australia in excellent condition after arriving from the US. Laptop is exactly what was in the description, works very well, easy to set up and new. Very happy with my purchase, especially at the price I paid and I highly recommend this seller. A+++++

  Whenever you purchase a laptop online, you’re always concerned that you may not be getting what you’re paying for. However, this time I was not disappointed in the least. I love my new laptop. It has performed flawlessly from day one, and although the box was crushed on one end from transport, the contents were very carefully wrapped and protected during travel. My communications with the seller were very good. The seller responded promptly and answered all of my questions. Very satisfied!
