  Fast Free Shipping! Good communication! Very reasonable price for this product! Packaging and delivery were superb! But—these fire blankets were said to be “reusable” by this seller—THEY ARE NOT REUSABLE (see bottom line in the photo attachment)! Seller owned his mistake and promptly issued a hefty partial refund as compensation for his error. I believe this seller is a trustworthy and reliable person; he just made a mistake in this transaction, hence the “neutral” rating.

  The bottle sent to me was ruined on the way here, and about 1/3 of the product was spilled everywhere inside the package. It was supposed to be part of a Christmas basket gift, but I cleaned up the bottle and went ahead and used it. Pretty decent product, actually. I had contacted the seller and sent pictures just to say shipping in a small box may have been better?
