I ordered 2 x sleep masks in one order. Only 1 arrived in the parcel and not the type of mask that I ordered - the mask was not the same shape of one in the advert. I messaged the seller and they replied with an apology and that they couldn't send a replacement and offered a refund. A refund was received. Satisfied that I got my money back but its a shame that I didnt get my which is what I'd have preferred.
