Item was received and is exactly as described. Excellent quality! The customer service is great, always replied within 24 hours. Haven't installed the diffuser yet but it looks amazing. Item did arrive late, it was NOT the merchants fault but they were very accomodating. The company and product are 100% legit! If you can wait a few weeks to receive your item (shipped to U.S.) , then place your order! 10 out of 10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Package took way longer than it should have, seller claimed issue with post when did arrive months later, it was damaged from in inefficient packaging. And seller will not rectify the damage.
