Item looks exactly as described both in appearance and quality. The only issue I encountered was the delay in shipping. Usps lost the order and had to recover it. I would recommend whomever places the shipping and hazmat labels, that they use a bigger box to make sure the labels are not folded over the corners. I work in shipping facility and this is a sure fire way to lose a package.

The item was packaged well, and the seller provided helpful information on how to install the screen properly. After taking it out, I realized that it was the wrong screen. My Game Boy Pocket uses the OEM LCD screen and this was an TFT LCD screen. I sent it back at no cost, and got my refund. I still recommend this seller
