    Great communication from the seller. Wish packaging was a little better as a metal bracket for a hose clip got bent, but seller thankfully addressed the issue immediately. I found out about this seller from a Ferrari 458 Italia owner who uses these and has had no issues for 3 years and 3,600 miles so hopefully they work for me!

    I was a bit concerned when I saw the shipping notice was from china, yet the auction was listed with a US based address. Before receiving the struts, I was preparing myself for receiving some below quality components. When they arrived, they were well packaged and undamaged, yet still shipped direct from china. I was very surprised to see that the electronic components were labeled OEM BMW. 2 Notes. #1 I had to recut the strut threads with a die. #2 Electronic mounts had to be modified.

    Item was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the item was defective internally. This ebay seller stands behind the quality of what they sell. Contacted them to discuss the issue. They were VERY supportive, ultimately providing a full refund as they had no more available for exchange. Would buy from again without hessitation.

    I ordered the wrong part. They messaged me and asked “Are you SURE this is what you need?” before shipping. Sure enough, it was not what I needed (my fault) and we were able to cancel the order. Great job and great customer service.

    They fit perfectly and before they even shipped the items they verified the parts were correct by asking for the VIN! I apprecaite them taking the time to ensure you are getting the right part for your vehicle! Once the parts shipped it literally took 3 days to arrive, and I am in Texas! Will definitely purchase from them again!
