    The item is exactly what I wanted, new, in original box. My only issue was I chose this seller SPECIFICALLY because the listing said "flat rate box" not "ground advantage" - where I live ground advantage adds a few weeks, and I needed it in a week. However it was shipped ground advantage, so I did not get it in time. Can use in future so no need for return. Seller claims they did not intend to list that way. I asked if I could order a 2nd shipped faster, no answer given.

    I was glad to finally find a seller who had the brains to ship one of these to Hawaii, others seems to freak out when I ordered it and even though they did not exclude Hawaii in there shipping statement they would always cancel the sale. It's an empty or at least unpressurized cylinder. But until now no one would ship it. I would have liked a 20lb one but maybe I'll just order another 10lb cylinder from these fined folks.
