Canada Post went on strike, delaying delivery, and the seller was kind enough to reach out to me to let me know that the package would be running late, which I appreciated. Wheels did eventually arrive and are of good quality, with even paint and smooth tires. Shipped in pairs in baggies in a larger bubble mailer. Thank you!
