    Ordered a used computer. It was shipped out quickly and was received as described. It was properly packaged in protective bubble wrap. I had some problems during the initial setup. I contacted the seller for support, and we were able to resolve the issue within 24 hours. I recommend this seller. They are professional and handle complications promptly. For the price I paid it was a good value.

    Computers came in a box well protected, I like how they took the time to protect the computers properly, computers as described, only one was not very good, dirty and with many scratches, the others three were fine, definitely a good experience with the seller, good communication, will do business with them again.

    Both arrived well packed and in "Open Box" condition as advertised. These units brand new and they look great. Tested both with firmware updates, added some disks, created volumes, and verified they are still eligible for that standard 3-year warranty QNAP offers.
