  Shipping, package was delivered with item gone--I imagine at the fault of the handler or fate not the seller per say. Customer service was top notch and pleasant to message seller; they were really apologetic and happy to help from their end. Fine experience other than transit issue

  Item shipped quickly, and arrived on time. It's a very nice box! It feels substantial, not cheap. When I had an issue, the seller was quick to respond with a solution. No complaints!

  The llama doll was packed well and arrived in wonderful condition! The llama is very fluffy and clean. The seller shipped very fast and it arrived in a timely manner.
