  My experience was mostly positive. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. The hat block, while, in general, it is in very good condition, as advertised, I’m disappointed that two pieces of “the puzzle” don’t come apart. While photos showed what pieces came apart, I didn’t realize two were stuck together. This may be a minor point for some, but I would have liked to have each piece separate.
