  BEWARE!!! This seller does not list that there are tariff costs involved in the purchase of their goods. The earrings I purchased were to be sent FREE ‘Expedited First Class’. When the package arrived, the carrier asked for a check for $44. I suspected the earrings had been sent COD. Carrier did not correct that assumption. I refused the package and contacted the seller for a refund. It was at that time that the seller said it was for tariff costs. Never got the earrings. Lesson learned!!!
