    Quick shipping on the original order. Was missing the hardware package & shipped me a replacement & it was the wrong package. Reshipped another hardware package and it got lost in the mail for 2 weeks. Shipped me a whole new replacement order to cover the hardware package that was missing. Great customer service and quick response times. Thanks!

    This is a good seller and the transaction was great. However, shipping was a nightmare. This product was sent via FedEx. It took 8 days to go from North Carolina to Maryland. The box was destroyed. The contents were gone through and the product scuffed. Someone at FedEx scanned the box as delivered when it was not. I had to go to the shipping hub and retrieve it myself after multiple calls to customer service to find my package. Please provide an alternate shipper to future customers!

    Product was new in box, GM OEM, shipped from a GM parts dealer. I wanted torch red so I paid 10x what a black one would have been but you want what you want. It would have been nice to have installation instructions packed in the box rather than a sheet that said contact my dealer for installation instructions. Was gonna include a pic but not an option in feedback.
