When asked, the seller described the part in different condition to what was advertised, and explained that I would be refunded. The part remains advertised for sale for $100 more than it was sold to me. Seller did not honour the sale! Avoid!

Got a response then had to contact eBay only then was a refund sent was told product was damaged & stock had to be thrown out as they do not sell inferior products .
