  First, the delivery was delayed. Upon receiving the product, all three ECMs didn't work. We are a Cummins authorized service center and we also took out another good ECM with the same part number to compare with the seller's. But they just refused to admit it. Then we packed it up at my own expense and returned it, and they even accused me of disassembling and replacing parts?! Ridiculous!!

  First of all buyer asked me to send the 3408303 ecm and the same I despatch , and buyer send me the same part number photo after receiving the the item . But after 40 days he is telling that it is not same part number. When already 30 days return policy is over . But why buyer is telling lie that he had different part number. Might he had damaged the product after use ,and now he is telling to take Return . Buyer is too smart . Don't believe this buyer , he scamed every one.

  I ordered a new control display, we installed it as soon as it arrived, but it did not function. I sent an email to Global Spares and within just a few hours they had a new display on the way to me with a tracking number. I was really impressed with their response time and effort to get the part shipped out as soon as they did. Thank you Global Spares!
