  Purchased a cryosphere cold massage roller from this seller 2 weeks ago. I had been given no updates until I reached out to the seller whom said she would follow up. I reached out again 2 days later after no follow up from the seller at which point the customer care rep told me she could not ship the item as it has liquid inside but did not process a refund. I have requested a refund and am still waiting to hear back. I absolutely would not purchase from this seller again.
