  This is a great person to do business with. There was a shipping problem and gingelyrpicked jumped on this first thing to get it rectified. The new item was shipped out express and double packed for protection. The extra shipping basically stripped the profit from the sale. That shows extraordinary customer service, and that goes a long way. As I was in a problem-solving job for many years, how things came out on the other end is what was important.
