The cutest, most unique Gene Doll shoes I’ve ever found and I search ALOT! The original Mel Odom high heels are beautiful BUT sometimes Gene needs to rest her feet like all of us in a comfy pair of ‘basic black flats’(smile. Intricacy put into the creation of the shoes is genius! What a GREAT DOLL HAVEN Lundy’s Gilded Pepper shop is! Looked like it had been thrown in a box with some packing tape. Received bent. This is a very expensive Christmas present for my wife. Do better next time.

Goodness…believe me, my heart and soul goes into my packing. I bend the dolls to avoid pressure breaks from rough handling . The brown packing doesn’t look pretty but it protects well. The air pillows surrounding her are extra security. After 20 plus years of packing, this method has proved the safest. The last thing I want is a damaged doll. I hope your wife loves her doll.

I sincerely apologize for leaving neutral feedback! The Seller went above and beyond to explain what had happened while the box was in transit which had nothing to do with them. Item was great and shipping was super duper fast!!! A++++
