    Item as pictured. Seller was very nice and answered all my questions (thank you!). Fast shipping and delivery from Florida to Georgia (hopefully next time will ship w/ signature upon delivery, as I requested). Pendant weighted 6.64 grams versus 6.70 grams as listed in the description but seller mentioned "it is so insignificant that we usually round them off ". Overall - I do recommend.

    Shipped in a timely manner. Not as fast as others, but not slow. Despite a lot of packing and a half dozen warning labels of "Fragile", USPS still managed to break one of the glasses. Not the sellers fault and a claim has been opened with USPS. For the USPS claim, I needed to communicate with the seller, who was exceptionally kind and responsive. Love the three intact glasses. They were exactly as advertised and represented, and I'm glad I purchased them

    Seller was kind and prompt in accepting my offer. I loved the look but was worried it was not real 14k gold because of some discoloration. I asked the seller who said it was real, but that they would take it back and refund me if I wanted, which helped reassure me. I took it to a jeweler, and while he couldn't guarantee the stone 100%, he said the gold was definitely real and worth what I paid for. Seller was very patient dealing with me and my worries. I would trust them going forward.
