Despite a lot of packing and a half dozen warning labels of "Fragile", USPS still managed to break one of the glasses. Not the sellers fault and a claim has been opened with USPS. For the USPS claim, I needed to communicate with the seller, who was exceptionally kind and responsive. Love the three intact glasses. They were exactly as advertised and represented, and I'm glad I purchased them
