The helmet I purchased was sold out everywhere and they had, as far as I could tell, the only one left in the country. They got it to me in 3 days. When there were fitting issues, they went the extra mile to provide an ergonomic adjustment kit. Shipping is quick, good communication, no issues with returns.

    Seller claiming item is "on the way" and "Has Shipped", UPS confirming they have not received package. Seller telling me to "be patient" when saying if it not going to ship I want a refund (you don't tell customers that). It has now been 7 DAYS since order and nothing has shipped. No clear communication. Will be getting ebay involved. Maybe other items from the seller actually exist; I would stay away.
