  I had a very positive experience. My three box sets were shipped quickly with UPS signature required, the price was very good and they were well packaged, this is a very big company and I sent a few messages and didn’t get a response from a person. I did get a prompt return message but each time it was a computer generated message. Other than that I received excellent service. 5STARS*****

  Fast shipping in careful, thoughtful packaging. Product matched the listing condition (new), but didn't match the listing description. There was an article missing; however, the item received was brand new in factory seal so I blame the manufacture for the error. Regardless, spoke with customer service and they were very fast and friendly in response. I've bought a fair amount of stuff from them in the past and can't wait to buy from them again. 100%. Great company.

  Genuine product at a bargain price. Fantastic seller, excellent communication and super quick delivery time: shipped from USA to Australia in under two weeks. Only complaint is the package was wrapped in brown paper with a thin plastic inner membrane. Package was soaking wet when collected although the contents were protected and dry. Maybe seller would consider plastic outer wrapping, especially for OS shipments. Otherwise, 5 stars well deserved. Thank you A++++++++

  Bought several items from this seller over the years. Overall recommended.Reliable as usual. All items new and as described. Prices are fair, and special sales such as a percentage off multiple items are always worth it. If you think their prices are high,keep in mind they offer free shipping and combine that with a good sale you're getting a fantastic deal. All orders ship within a very reasonable time frame,usually no more than a week to receive a package. What more can I say?!!!

  All the way from Illinois, USA to East Lothian, Scotland 8 days from order. Ordered on a Friday evening. Delivered the following Saturday. Well packaged in proper cardboard vinyl LP packaging. Arrived as described brand new, sealed and in perfect condition. Superb album. Excellent debut from J Scienide. Absolute banger, no skips. Good price, especially postage. Will definitely buy from Collectors Choice Music again. Highly recommend eBayer!
