  Title stated, "New and Sealed" but it was not new or sealed. It was just in the original packaging that had been neatly sliced open. Must have been some sort of mix up when listing this because the condition states that it was used but the picture and the title made it seem as if it was truly new and sealed. Still a good price, I only wish it vibrated when catching a fish like it's supposed to. Oh well!
