  These 4 bowls arrived completely shattered,( the box appeared to be undamaged ) not one survived. The seller chose to completely ignore my contact efforts which were polite honest and were accompanied by photos, taken within minutes of delivery. I was forced to sit and wait for several days/weeks before I could ask ebay to step in and conclude this extremely frustrating transaction. They did so promptly, correctly refunding me in full. I will complain about this sellers literal ignorance.

  Unfortunately the first one was smashed to pieces, sent photos to them and they dispatched a new one straight away , recieved it the day after , Thankyou would highly recommend this seller , and the new fish bowl is fab !!!

  These have arrived a few minutes ago unfortunately one of the glasses is broken the stem has shattered it was wrapped really well so not sure how this happened

  Items were despatched promptly, were well-wrapped for safe travel and both glasses arrived intact. Condition for the pair was exactly as seller described. The glass is of better quality for both than I expected and have a lovely weight to them when held. Their first outing is likely to be an upcoming celebration where I'm sure they'll go great with the bubbly! 😊 Smooth transaction. 5* rating. Thank you.

  Very well packed , the pasta plates (4) are true to size and the price was reasonable. Recommend this seller.
