  Incredibly swift delivery for such a minor purchase - arrived from China to the door of a New Zealand address, hand delivered by courier, LESS THAN one week after ordering. This good quality replacement cuff is exactly as described by the seller, comes complete with hose and universal size connector, and it was very competitively priced. Excellent trader, highly recommended.

  Got faulty product. Had to argue with seller about faultyness of the head lamp even after clear video with evidence about lamp not working as it should work. He tried to make a fool of me. I will not buy from that seller anymore after that experience. Still giving positive overall feedback because I have ordered from him before with no problems and seller asked for refund not to give him neutral feedback.

  Item arrived early and was packaged well and safely though when I opened the envelope I accidentally cut the loop at the top, so it could have been packaged better. Sun catcher is lovely, though smaller than expected but I can’t remember if there were measurements or not. Am happy with my purchase despite the mishap. Looks the same as the photos
