I contacted them and told them and they immediately filed a claim with federal ex and ask if I wanted a refund or a reship. I told them I would like a ship, they were out of the item at the time and informed me of that and let me know it would be a few days within a week I had the item. Great communication highly recommended seller!

The item was not shipped anywhere in an area where the weather was bad and it was extremely late, like 3 days past the latest estimate. Tracking showed it sitting in Iowa for two days for no reason. Considering it came from Miami and coming to Texas that's ridiculous. I will definitely purchase from the seller again but they may want to revisit shipping options and offer FedEx or UPS at our cost.
