    It arrived as described in "like new" condition. Item was shipped in a plain brown box with all accessories included other than the original packaging. Shipping and tracking was taken care of very quickly. I don't typically buy refurbished items, but this deal was too good to pass up and I'm glad I grabbed them. Besides a very minor blemish on the docking station the appearance looks new. Excellent quality purchase! Would definitely recommend this seller.

    I’m usually skeptical about refurbished items, but this seller’s efforts exceeded my expectations. The earbuds arrived looking like new (I.e., clean, no blemishes, and well-packaged). So far, they’ve worked flawlessly after some firmware updates and EQ tweaks. Fast shipping, nice deal, and a smooth transaction. Highly recommend this seller!
