  I had a small problem with the delivery. The package was delivered torn open and the controlled did not work. I contacted the seller. The seller responded quickly and was very apologetic. They sent another controller out immediately. My nephew is very pleased and I am very thankful. Great seller!

  The switch I recived was new, but before buying I sent a message to the seller to ask if the switch oled was American or Japanese. No response from them. After reciving the switch, i checked the serial number and it was japanese. I wish the listing and the seller mentioned that it was a japanese switch instead of an american one. Not buying here again.
