  After receiving a lens that was mislabeled as “open box” & the seller was notified of it, they offered to accept a return or partial refund. So they partially refunded me to even out how much the lens should have cost given its true condition. So even though a minor mishap occurred, it was resolved smoothly and I still regard this seller as reliable as I’ve bought from them beforehand and they don’t usually have little mishaps like this. Great seller overall 10/10 experience

  Very fast shipping. Item in excellent, almost new condition even though advertised as “open box”. Would definitely buy from this seller again, particularly at the price point I got. Production was super clean with the barest scuff marks visible. I honestly expected less. I was concerned when I received the package as the box got banged up during shipping (was wet, kind of crushed), but the seller did an excellent job with packaging so everything was pristine and undamaged. Highly recommended

  The camera was exactly as described and arrived well-packed in very good condition. The camera is in good working condition based on a few tests done soon after unpacking. The seller had offered this camera for a very reasonable price, which included free shipping from a US location. I am pleased with the purchase and will buy again from this seller with confidence

  Item seems to be in great working order no flaws or any signs of damage. I couldn't even tell this is used it looks that great. Item as described price was good. shipping had a hiccup but that's from the weather coming in it was only 1 day later than expected but no worries i wasnt in a hurry for it. and packaging protected.   Shipping was fast! Lens was packaged safely. Lens was in MINT condition and as described! The price was great! I paid for overnight so shipping cost was a little higher. But overall very satisfied. Thank you!

  Quality is as expected. Pictures show a good idea of the condition so nothing was a surprise. The item did feel a bit sticky but that's normal I suppose for used items, again nothing unsurprising. Great price as well for the good quality of the item and shipping was great. Very secure packaging with enough bubblewrap and peanuts. Overall this was a good transaction and in the future we will do business again.
